Shifting Sands 13: The Armies

Being the Tournament Coordinator for Shifting Sands this year meant I would not get a chance to play. For our Group this is often the fate of the Tournament Organizer. Usually the player with the most interest in the period runs the event and as a result doesn't get to play the period they are interested in the most.

However it was great to see 28 interesting and beautiful (For the most part) Armies  descend on Phoenix for two days and slug it out. Below is a showcase of  those Armies.

Didn't get a picture of my Son Jake's Army, here are a couple of his PZ IV (70)s. I thought he had some of the best  tanks at the event.

    Very nice.

    I really wish I could have gone, but it was a bit far from the UK! It looked like a great event.

    Nice pics as usual.

    Jakes tanks are great looking there, maybe I didn't get a good look at them when I was playing him. :)

    Wish I'd put my last name on my piece of paper now. Some are unidentified?
